Pain in Parlando

Next

Fragments of poems, including two in Hindustani Heart, a "section" in which bilingual poems have been included: in (bhojpuri) Sarnámi, the first language of Mala Kishoendajal, and Dutch, her second mother tongue.

The (Dutch) collection of poems ‘Pain in Parlando’ was published in September 2009 at The publisher Knipscheer, Haarlem (Netherlands). In her debut collection the writer / poet not only travels to known and unknown parts of her inner world, but also to known and unknown parts of the outer world. Thus, creating a versatile collection, also in terms of poetic form. Terse haikus, introspective tions with the taste of sonnets, narrative poems, and a brief journey into the Hindustani heart (poems that are included in Sarnámi) colour the palette of internal and external perceptions.

As long as I will be not,
All of this is me.
